Kookies by Karen was established in 2020 and has become a very successful business, supplying restaurants, cafes and corporate events within the Merseyside area, as well as having a huge demand from private clients.

I have over 20 years baking experience and a proven track record of delivering high quality goods, so used this knowledge to successfully fill a gap in the market with my product.

Using a blend of both British and USA style cookies, my recipe makes a delicious soft cookie dough using both milk and white chocolate chips, which is then filled with a variety of different flavours. Once baked, this can be consumed either hot or cold to meet the preferences of each customer.
